I agree, that it would be really difficult to explain to others, but I still think a book should be written exploring all the possibilities. Not a Dummies book, though. It’s too early for that yet.

Baysteading isn’t difficult: obtain a barge, park a mobile home or camper trailer on it, set up your utilities and amenities, make it more wind resistant (including the ground tackle). But to even start, you need the book “How To Find A Marina On Land To Launch And Maintain Your Seastead From, For Dummies”.
Really, why is it so difficult to : “i want to rent indoor boat trailer storage on the ground, but because the boat is in the water, i’ll just leave my car there”.
